Framework For Coaching Leaders

Discovery:  We use a variety of assessments to identify, gain insight, and validate core competencies, leadership style, and values.  We also review with a leader how likely they are to interpret the world and treat employees while under stress and pressure.  Engagements include meeting with a Licensed Psychologist.  

Creation of an Action Plan: Identify key development areas and create a coaching plan to align with specific goals and strategies.

Coach for Development: Review metrics to measure progress on desired outcomes.
